How to access Boingo Wi-Fi

  1. Verify - Verify your eligibility on Boingo’s website by entering your card number on mastercard.boingo.com (Please allow up to 24 hours# after your load before verifying your eligibility)
  2. Register - If eligible, you can register for a Boingo account to access your 3 months free Wi-Fi membership.
  3. Access - Once registered, you will be provided instructions on accessing global Wi-Fi.

Eligibility criteria:
Benefit period: 3 months
Eligibility period: 12 months from date of eligible load
Eligible load: Minimum load of AU$100 or foreign currency equivalent
Effective eligibility date: Date of eligible load
Eligibility expiration date:Effective eligibility date + 12 months
Effective benefit activation date: Date of registration for Boingo account by cardholder. Must be within the eligibility period
Benefit expiration date: Effective benefit activation date + 3 months
Number of eligible devices: Wi-Fi access for up to 4 devices at any one time
^After starting a new 3 month membership, another eligible reload during this period will make you eligible for an additional 3 month membership once the active one expires.
#If your Platinum Card was delivered to your home, you need to activate it first beforeverifying your eligibility on mastercard.boingo.com, which may take up to 24 hours after successful activation. If you purchase or collect your card at a store, simply verify your eligibility at mastercard.boingo.com which may take up to 24 hours after card purchase or collection.
